Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Flixsend website, marketplace and related services.
By creating an account, accessing the platform or participating in a transaction, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue using Flixsend.
About Flixsend
Flixsend is a digital marketplace designed to connect individuals who need to receive payments through supported international digital payment networks with independently registered vendors who advertise eligible receiving services.
The platform facilitates:
- Vendor registration and verification.
- Publication of receiving-service advertisements.
- Buyer and vendor matching.
- Transaction coordination.
- Payment evidence submission.
- Transaction status management.
- Approved escrow and settlement arrangements.
- Customer balance records and permitted withdrawals.
The availability of particular services depends on country eligibility, applicable laws, financial partner approval and the terms of the relevant external payment networks.
Flixsend does not represent itself as PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo or any other third-party payment network.
Eligibility
To use Flixsend, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Complete identity verification where required.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
- Use the platform for lawful purposes.
- Comply with applicable laws in your country.
We may restrict access in countries or jurisdictions where our services are not authorised or supported.
User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Securing your registered email address and phone number.
- Providing accurate account information.
- Notifying Flixsend immediately of suspected unauthorised access.
- Ensuring that your account is not used by another person without authorisation.
You must not create multiple accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate marketplace activity or circumvent verification requirements.
Flixsend may suspend or restrict accounts where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, impersonation, identity misuse or other policy violations.
Vendor Registration and Advertisements
Vendors may register to advertise supported receiving services.
Each vendor is responsible for:
- Providing accurate identity and account ownership information.
- Ensuring that the advertised receiving account is lawfully controlled by them.
- Ensuring that the relevant payment network permits the intended commercial activity.
- Maintaining sufficient available funds for their advertised transactions.
- Setting accurate exchange rates and transaction limits.
- Providing correct payment instructions.
- Responding to active trades within the stated timeframe.
- Confirming only payments actually received and verified.
Vendors must not advertise accounts that are stolen, rented, compromised, falsely represented or otherwise used contrary to applicable law or payment-network terms.
Flixsend may reject, suspend or remove advertisements that present unacceptable legal, financial or security risks.
Exchange Rates and Transaction Fees
Vendors are responsible for setting their advertised exchange rates within any applicable platform limits.
Before opening a trade, buyers should review:
- The advertised exchange rate.
- The transaction amount.
- The expected Naira value.
- Applicable platform fees.
- Any additional charges disclosed before confirmation.
- The transaction expiry period.
The rate accepted when a trade is opened will ordinarily remain fixed for that trade unless the parties agree otherwise through an authorised process or the transaction is cancelled.
Flixsend may impose service charges, withdrawal fees or other disclosed charges.
Vendor Funding and Escrow Reservations
Vendors may fund their accounts through payment methods supported by Flixsend.
Subject to the approved financial-partner arrangement:
- A vendor must maintain sufficient available funds.
- When a buyer opens a qualifying trade, the corresponding Naira amount is reserved.
- Reserved funds cannot be used for another trade or withdrawn while the reservation remains active.
- Funds are released, refunded or otherwise handled according to the authorised transaction outcome and applicable dispute procedures.
Flixsend will identify the applicable financial partner and custody arrangement in its relevant financial disclosures.
A dashboard balance is an account or transaction record and does not, by itself, establish that Flixsend is a licensed deposit-taking institution or electronic-money issuer.
Customer funds must be held and administered through the legally approved financial arrangement.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must:
- Review vendor information before opening a trade.
- Follow the authorised payment instructions provided for that trade.
- Use payment accounts they are legally entitled to operate.
- Submit genuine transaction evidence.
- Avoid submitting altered screenshots or fabricated receipts.
- Communicate through authorised platform channels where possible.
- Avoid sending payments to unrelated or substituted accounts.
- Report suspicious activity promptly.
A buyer must not knowingly participate in money laundering, identity theft, unauthorised account use or transactions involving stolen funds.
Vendor Confirmation
A vendor may confirm receipt after independently verifying that the expected payment has arrived.
Vendors must not:
- Confirm payments that have not been received.
- Confirm transactions based solely on screenshots.
- Misrepresent pending or reversed payments as successful.
- Request additional payments outside the agreed trade without an authorised reason.
Flixsend may require further verification before releasing reserved funds.
Vendor confirmation does not prevent Flixsend or its financial partner from investigating suspicious transactions, reversals or legally required holds.
Withdrawals
Subject to applicable financial arrangements, eligible users may request withdrawals of available balances to verified bank accounts.
Withdrawals may be subject to:
- Identity verification.
- Bank account ownership verification.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits.
- Transaction monitoring.
- Financial partner processing times.
- Applicable fees.
- Regulatory restrictions.
A withdrawal request is not considered completed until the relevant financial partner confirms successful settlement.
We may delay, reject or review withdrawals where required by law, fraud controls, financial partner requirements or unresolved disputes.

Users must not use Flixsend to:
- Launder money or conceal proceeds of crime.
- Finance terrorism or prohibited activities.

External Payment Networks
Flixsend may facilitate transactions involving supported third-party payment networks.
Each network has independent eligibility requirements, operating rules and restrictions.
Users and vendors are responsible for ensuring that their use of those networks is authorised.
Flixsend does not control external payment networks and cannot guarantee their availability, acceptance, settlement, account status or reversal decisions.
No user may use Flixsend to bypass a third-party provider’s restrictions or conceal the actual nature of a transaction.
Disputes, Refunds and Transaction Reversals
Users may raise disputes through the platform.
Flixsend may review:
- Transaction records.
- Communication history.
- Payment evidence.
- External payment confirmations.
- Vendor confirmations.
- Financial partner records.
Refunds and reversals will be handled according to the applicable financial-partner arrangement, the transaction status and applicable law.

Full details are provided in the Flixsend Customer Dispute and Refund Policy.
Account Suspension and Termination
Flixsend may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts where:
- False information is provided.
- Fraud is suspected.
- KYC requirements are not satisfied.
- A user violates these Terms.
- A transaction creates unacceptable legal or financial risk.
- A lawful authority or financial partner requires restriction.
Where legally permitted, affected users will be informed of the reason and any available review procedure.
Account closure does not remove lawful obligations relating to outstanding transactions, refunds, disputes or record retention.
Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable access to Flixsend but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, payment partner outages or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, operational or service changes.
Material changes will be communicated through appropriate website notifications or other reasonable channels.
Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other applicable laws in the jurisdictions where Flixsend operates.
